    Australian boxing promoter George Rose reckons Nelson Asofa-Solomona will be a huge success in the ring

    A former NRL player himself with 154 appearances - chiefly for Manly - Rose is hunting for an opponent for Asofa-Solomona's professional debut in six weeks.

    Given his new Kiwi recruit is two metres tall and renowned for his aggression, Rose reckons he'll follow other league players as a crossover cult figure.
