The Warriors kept the Sharks scoreless in the second spell, with tries to Reece Walsh and Euan Aitken and a late Walsh penalty getting them over the line.
The Warriors also had to contend with prop Kane Evans being sin-binned twice.
Coach Nathan Brown says they tightened up as a defensive unit in the second half.
The Storm have overcome the Sea Eagles 28-18, while the Panthers beat the Roosters 20-14.
