    Parts of a main Christchurch road are still closed following a truck fire


    Fire crews were called to Anzac Drive after a logging truck caught ablaze at 9.40 this morning - smoke could be seen billowing from the vehicle.

    The fire has since been put out.

    Anzac Drive has reopened one way to northbound traffic but remains closed southbound between Travis and New Brighton Roads.
