The Laura Fergusson Brain Injury Trust is seeking donations to help fund their new clinic on the former Marian College site.
The specialists used to operate out of a residential facility beside Jellie Park, but say with patients having more complex needs than they did 40 years ago - an upgrade is necessary.
Chief Executive of the Laura Fergusson Brain Injury Trust, Kathryn Jones says the vision is to have all services based in one location.
Jones says the new site will be able to provide residential rehabilitation for people with traumatic brain injuries.
