    Ryan Fox has has been given the Seve Ballesteros Award after being voted the 2022 Player of the Year by his fellow golf professionals on the European Tour


    The Kiwi who won tournaments in Scotland and the UAE, beat world number one Rory McIlroy and US Open champion Matt Fitzpatrick to the award.

    He's the first New Zealander to win the award since Michael Campbell in 2005.
