    The beginning of Let's Get Wellington Moving's latest project is getting underway


    The 7.4 billion dollar transport plan includes building a second Mount Victoria Tunnel and light rail services.

    A turning of the sod ceremony for the Aotea Quay roundabout project is due to be held about now -- led by Transport Minister Michael Wood.

    It will see a roundabout built on the busy thoroughfare near Sky Stadium to improve safety in the area for all modes of transport.
