A new jury's being selected today for the murder retrial of David Benbow

He's accused of murdering one-time friend, Michael McGrath in 2017, although neither a body nor weapon has ever been found.

Justice Jonathan Eaton yesterday discharged the original jury of six men and six women, after one became unwell.

The Crown and the Defence were set to open their cases in a trial set down for eight weeks.

Eaton says he was reluctant to begin such a long trial with only 11 jurors.
