James Wallace will continue to do time behind bars..

The disgraced arts patron has been denied parole -- after being sentenced to two years and four months in prison in May 2021.

It was after he was found guilty of indecently assaulting three men and twice attempting to pervert the course of justice.

The 85-year-old continues to deny his offending -- with the Parole Board saying more planning is needed before he can be released.

It says he will be seen again in two months -- which he responded to by snapping: 'I won't be alive'.
