    Belief all-rounder Rachin Ravindra can lead the Black Caps for years to come


    The 23-year-old was the side's breakout star of the cricket World Cup, after only being selected because of injuries to Kane Williamson and Michael Bracewell.

    Ravindra was his side's highest run-scorer at the tournament, and now holds the record for most runs by a batter playing his first World Cup.

    Former wicketkeeper Peter McGlashan says a star was born in India.
