    Wyndham Clark has been denied a 16-foot birdie putt to force a play-off at the PGA Tour's Players' Championship on Sky Sport.

    The miss clinched the title for Scottie Scheffler - who posted an eight-under 64 to finish at 20-under par.



    The world number one is the first player to win back-to-back at the tournament, pocketing 7.3 million dollars.

    Clark shared second a stroke back with Xander Schauffele and Brian Harman.
