'General Hospital' star Haley Pullos has surrendered to 90 days in jail, a year after she was arrested for a wrong-way DUI crash on a Los Angeles freeway

The 25-year-old actress - who plays Molly Lansing-Davis in the soap opera - pleaded no contest following the 2023 incident, which resulted in bodily injury and property damage

Pullos' attorney Mark Daniel Melnick revealed she surrendered to 90 days in Pasadena City Jail, and will be sentenced on July 29th.

He told PEOPLE: "Haley is very grateful to the court for a minimum sentence and for recognising her remorse and the strides she has made in her sobriety."

The 'Expanding Universe of Ashley Garcia' actress must also serve five years probation, and undergo 200 hours of community service.

What's more, she has been ordered to pay $8,260 in restitution to Courteney Wilder, who is the other motorist involved in the incident.

Haley's mother, fellow 'General Hospital' star Nancy Lee Grahn, took to X to reveal her daughter has "spent the last year doing everything imaginable to take responsibility" for her crime.

She wrote: "As Haley's TV mom I can tell some truths about her as I've loved her since she was little girl. She made a HUGE mistake, knows it, owns it has spent the last yr doing EVERYTHING imaginable to take responsibility 4 it. It's not that I oppose jail. It's that I oppose this jail. (sic)"

Last year, it was reported The Pasadena Fire Department used the "jaws of life" to get Haley out of her vehicle, and she was taken to hospital.

The other driver was also taken to hospital with minor injuries.

Haley entered a rehab treatment facility following the crash, and revealed she was taking a break from portraying Molly.
