Danny and Roberto Jaz were sentenced to 16 and a half and 17 years in prison last year, after being convicted of a combined 69 charges for offences at the central Christchurch bar and a nearby restaurant.
Immigration NZ says their first offences occurred in 2015 - over 10 years since they were first granted residence.
Therefore, neither of the brothers are liable for deportation after their release.
