    A street fight in the Bay of Plenty, has resulted in five arrests and one person in hospital

    A street fight in the Bay of Plenty, has resulted in five arrests and one person in hospital


    Police were called to Dunlop Road in Te Puke, about 2:45 this morning - after reports of disorder.

    A group - who tried leaving in a vehicle - were pursued for about 10 minutes.

    They were found fleeing on foot - after abandoning the vehicle in Greerton - and arrested.

    Another person is in serious but stable condition in Tauranga Hospital.

    Police are still seeking information, about what went down.
