Bromwich suffered a chest injury in the loss to the Raiders and there were early fears it could spell the end of his NRL career given he will call it quits after this season.
But scans have cleared him of any fractures and only a rib cartilage injury, meaning pain management will be the deciding factor in his return.
The Dolphins have the bye this weekend before facing the Sharks Thursday week.
