The Finance Minister's celebrating fewer Wellington bureaucrats, under a National Government's watch

The Finance Minister's celebrating fewer Wellington bureaucrats, under a National Government's watch

Nicola Willis, also National's Deputy Leader, has addressed the party's annual conference -- the same week her long-heralded tax cuts came into effect.

She's outlined some of the Government's key investments -- such as roads and cancer drugs.

She says there may be fewer people wearing lanyards on Lambton Quay, but there are more people in high vis and hard hats -- which is a good thing.

Meanwhile, Leader Chris Luxon's spoken to former prime minister John Key, during a closed event for members only.
