Christina Haack and Tarek El Moussa try to always "get along" for the sake of their children

The 41-year-old star has Taylor, 14, and Brayden, nine, with her ex-husband, and now that they are co-hosting HGTV's 'The Flip Off' together with his new wife Heather Rae, she has insisted that they "genuinely have so much fun" together on set

Speaking on 'The Jennifer Hudson Show', she explained: "It kind of blends together. The point is it's better for the kids when everyone's getting along, and we genuinely are. And we're genuinely having so much fun doing this show. They love it. They're very supportive."

Christina went on to marry Ant Anstead and has five-year-old Hudson with him but they divorced in 2021 and she tied the knot with Josh Hall the following year, although they split in 2024.

Heather - who has two-year-old Tristan with Tarek - added: "I feel like the kids love it that we're doing a show together, and they can see their parents all working together.

But Tarek joked that his eldest is at an age now where there is little he can do without "embarrassing" her.

He said: "The sound of my voice embarrasses [his daughter Taylor], even when I'm not talking!"

Following Christina's split from Josh, Tarek admitted that himself and his new wife will be there for whatever she may need going forward.

He told E! News: "S*** happens. We got one shot at life and we gotta do what's best for us, so whatever she needs, we're here to help."

Heather, 36, - who is best known for appearing on the Netflix hit 'Selling Sunset' - insisted that her co-star will "get through" the tough times and joked that they might even "gang up" on Tarek.

She said: "The show might be us against her now. But we support her and she will get through this. We do like to gang up on [Tarek] though!"
