Noel and Liam Gallagher are said to be set to earn millions more from their Oasis reunion tour this summer thanks to image rights

Their alleged agreement, reportedly signed with Warner, will allow the use of their likenesses on a huge range of merchandise.

The Oasis comeback tour, which begins in July, has already sold millions of tickets, but the band is also focusing on protecting their image from unauthorised use, The Sun said.

Documents were filed last month at the Intellectual Property Office to trademark the black and white promotional photo used to announce their comeback, the paper reported.

The move will prevent unauthorised sellers from using the image on merchandise such as clothing, books, and even paintbrushes.

A music industry source told The Sun: "Oasis have secured a massive deal for their merch this summer as they know everyone is going to want something to remember the shows by.

"They have already started working on an extensive merchandise range after signing a very lucrative deal for it last year.

"But now they are massively cracking down on fake merch because it could seriously put a dent in their profits unless they make moves now to stop it.

"They have made it clear that they won't be taking any nonsense and will use the full extent of the law if they find anyone selling unofficial products featuring the new photo of the brothers together."

Noel, 56, has spoken about the overwhelming demand for tickets for the Oasis comeback shows, and admitted he was taken aback by the level of interest in the upcoming gigs.

He said: "I thought it'd be a big deal, but I was a bit taken aback by just how much of a big deal it was."

The Oasis 2025 tour will begin in Cardiff before moving to venues across the UK and internationally.

With 93 days to go before they take to the stage, the band is finalising preparations, including their merchandise strategy and legal protections against counterfeit sellers.
