    History for the Mainland Tactix in the ANZ Premiership


    They've won the first domestic title in the region's history with an enthralling 58-46 victory over the defending champion Mystics in Auckland.

    Shooter Ellie Bird was a pillar of power for the Tactix netting 50 of her 53 shots at goal.

    In a remarkable turnaround, the Tactix were humbled by 14 goals in their last outing against the Mystics to finish the regular season
