Concerns from Wellington Phoenix coach Giancarlo Italiano over the A-League's officiating following a season-ending injury to one of his key attackers

Japanese import Hideki Ishige has been sidelined with a serious knee injury after being crunched in a tackle during their last outing against the Central Coast Mariners.

Italiano is worried about the discretion being used by the referees.
