Blake Shelton admits he's had a "weird year"

The country singer, who announced he is to divorce wife Miranda Lambert in July, appeared to allude to his relationship issues while speaking to media at the iHeartRadio festival in Las Vegas.

He is quoted by PEOPLE.com as saying: "It's been a weird year, but at least I got my songs coming out."

'The Voice' USA coach and Miranda split in July after four years of marriage.

However, it seems Miranda has moved on from her ex.

A source previously said: "She may have lost a husband, but Miranda gained a while new outlook on life. She's dressing sexier, exercising again and smiling more than ever.

"She lost part of herself trying to be what Blake wanted. Miranda feels her new look and attitude is just what the doctor ordered. She's having a blast flirting and being single."

However, the 'Little Red Wagon' singer has no interest in dating at the moment.

The insider explained: "Miranda wants to keep working on herself and having fun for now!"
