Sandra Bullock swears by "penis facials" to keep her looking young

The 53-year-old actress has admitted she regularly undergoes the bizarre $650 treatment to keep her skin looking youthful and fresh. The facial involves using a micro-needling technique to open the pores in the face and generate collagen and elastin before a serum derived from the foreskin of Korean newborn babies is applied which is said to regenerate the skin

During an appearance on the 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show' she encouraged the host to try the treatment for herself, she said: "I call it the penis facial, and when you see how good it is to your face, you too will run to your local facialist and say, 'Give me the penis!'

But Ellen, 60, wasn't convinced by Sandra's recommendation and joked that "karma" would surprise the star post-treatment.

She quipped: "Why would you want that? Little penises are going to start growing out of [your face]. That's what karma is going to do."

Sandra replied: "Well, so be it"

The Hollywood beauty was on the show to promote the all-female addition to the 'Ocean's' franchise, 'Ocean's 8', which sees Sandra play Debbie Ocean - the sister of George Clooney's alter ego Danny Ocean - who plans the heist of the century at the Met Gala in New York City. She appears in the movie with an all-star all-female cast Sarah Paulson, Rihanna, Cate Blanchett, and Anne Hathaway.

Although she is a master criminal in the movie, Sandra confessed she's never been involved in anything quite as dangerous in her life.

She explained: "In the film I'm getting out of prison and I've had five-and-a-half years to come up with this plan of stealing these specific jewels at the Met Ball. I pull the ladies together and we go and do it.

"(Growing up) I once got drunk at a marathon dance and wound up in the hospital getting my stomach pumped!"
