Kiwi driver Scott McLaughlin has finished second in the final round of the Darwin Supercars round

McLaughlin, who qualified in second, came home behind winner David Reynolds.

Reynolds had to do it the hard way after starting from fourth on the grid, but he pulled off a miracle move on the outside during the first lap to speed past three cars and snatch the lead immediately.

McLaughlin still holds the overall lead, 161 points clear of Shane van Gisbergen who finished fourth in the race.
