The finance minister claims National's fallen down another wrong fiscal hole calculation

The finance minister claims National's fallen down another wrong fiscal hole calculation

Opposition leader Simon Bridges is accusing the Government of opening its wallet too much and borrowing an extra 17 billion dollars over the next four years.

Grant Robertson says Bridges is wrong, and even using the opposition leader's flawed logic it's still not 17-billion.

He says it's actually eight billion - and that money is being used to fix up the country.

He says there's an awful lot to do, including building houses and fixing up schools and hospitals.
