    Between 120 and 140 full-time jobs are being scrapped at the Warehouse


    The company's made it official today, after three weeks of consultation.

    CEO Pejman Okhovat says they are putting in place a new leadership structure.

    He says retail and customer behaviour is changing as it has never before.

    That has led to a need to evolve from a traditional, hierarchal structure, to one that is fit for the future and the ever-shifting needs of Kiwis.
