    The owners of two rottweilers who attacked an autistic man in Southland will be prosecuted


    Twenty two-year-old Oliver Beaumont was extensively injured when he was attacked by the two dogs in Winton last month.

    He was rescued by a neighbour and an off-duty cop.

    Southland District Council's environmental health manager, Michael Sarfaiti, says it has begun prosecution procedures against the owners.
