    A second gold for Sophie Pascoe at the Pan Pacific para swimming championships in Cairns


    She's won the women's 100 metre backstroke, 24 hours after winning the 200
    metre individual medley.

    Jesse Reynolds has claimed his third medal of the meet, claiming bronze in
    the men's 100 metre backstroke on day four.

    Meanwhile, Daniel Hunter has finished seventh in the final of the men's 50
    metre freestyle at the Pan Pacific championships in Tokyo, with Ali
    Galyer eighth in the final of the women's 200 metre backstroke.
