    A youth worker says they have been left with no other option but to strike


    Up to 40 Gateway Trust mental health workers will walk off the job for one
    hour from 3pm.

    Youth worker Seal McCoy says they had mediation last week.

    He says the bargaining team didn't even show up - they sent the HR manager
    so it was a kick in the teeth that they agreed to mediation then don't show.

    Seal McCoy says it just reinforced that strike action was the right decision.
