    A woman has been sent to prison after making plans to prostitute her 10-year-old grand-daughter


    The three-year-three-month sentence has been handed down at Wellington District Court.

    The Lower Hutt woman has previously pleaded guilty to entering a deal to sexually exploit a child, along with several other charges.

    The man she entered the agreement with, Andrew Davie, has also appeared in court.

    He's been sentenced to three-years-and-five-months in prison on a raft of charges.
