Kristen Bell has heaped praise on a fan who claimed she wasn’t as pretty as the actress

The ‘Good Place’ star took to her Instagram comments on Tuesday (18.09.18) to inspire one fan who put herself down after praising Kristen for her “stunning” looks, as she urged the fan to stop “being negative”

The fan wrote on one of Kristen’s pictures: “So mother f***ing beautiful. U are stunning unlike me. (sic)”

To which Kristen, 38, said: “Gurl don’t u dare. You got one time on this planet - don’t waste time being negative. You deserve all the love in the world. And I think your face is beautiful AF. Don’t u dare tell me I’m wrong.”

On top of making the woman feel good about herself, the ‘Frozen’ star also gave her “homework”, which entailed checking out an inspirational Instagram account to build up her body confidence.

Kristen added: “Here’s your homework. Follow @glennondoyle and watch all her stories. Read her book, Love Warrior. Smile more, because u are alive and wonderful. And loved. Xo. (sic)”

The motivational comments come after Kristen recently revealed she does what she can to instil confidence and self-esteem in her two daughters, Lincoln, five, and Delta, three, whom she has with her husband Dax Shepard.

She said: “It’s important to me to show my children that I care about my health and fitness enough to stay committed. So when I’m in their room with them, I’ll do squats. When they ask what I’m doing, I’ll say I’m getting my physical fitness in. And because they copy everything I do, the next time they pick up a heavy bag they’ll say, ‘I’m getting my workout in.’”

And although Kristen loves to workout, she insists its more about keeping her body healthy than it is about looking skinny.

She added: “To me, being healthy means feeling good about the choices I’m making, and most important, it’s about keeping fit mentally and physically. I’m constantly reminding myself it’s not about my thighs: It’s about my commitment and my happiness level.”
