Jack Osbourne and Lisa Stelly have split their properties as part of their divorce settlement

The 32-year-old television personality split from his estranged wife Lisa earlier this year, and it has now been revealed that as part of their divorce, they have chosen to divide their properties between them

In documents obtained by The Blast, the former ‘Osbournes’ star - who has daughters Pearl, six, Andy, three, and Minnie, seven months, with his former spouse - is keeping ownership over their Studio City mansion, whilst Lisa is now the sole owner of their expansive Sherman Oaks home.

Lisa’s property was bought by the pair for $1,875,000, and features four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, whilst Jack’s is significantly bigger with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, and a heftier price tag of $3,200,000.

The former couple’s divorce is still ongoing, but the division of their properties brings them one step closer to finalising the papers to terminate their marriage.

Meanwhile, Jack’s mother, TV star Sharon Osbourne, recently said she was "very sad" about the split as she’d always been a fan of Lisa.

She said: "I'm sad. I'm very very sad. She's a good girl. And the thing is it just didn't work. They love each other [but] they can't live with each other.”

Lisa filed for divorce from Jack in May following six years of marriage, citing "irreconcilable differences”.

The couple wrote in a joint statement at the time: "Hello! So the news about us separating has probably come as a bit of a shock to everyone. But, we just want to clear the air and share with you what's going on.

"So, first and foremost, we absolutely still love each other.

"Our family is the most important thing in our lives, and we tried everything we could for many years to make this work.

"What's best for our family right now is that we separate lovingly, and remain best friends who are committed to raising our children together.

"We had seven beautiful years of being a couple, filled with the most amazing moments and we will be eternally grateful to one another for that. We also have three wonderful children who we cherish more than anything.

"We are disappointed but feel confident that we will continue to grow our relationship as co-parents and best friends. Lots of love, Jack and Lisa. (sic)"
