The Kangaroos will play their first test since winning last year's rugby league world cup, and will be without Cooper Cronk, Cameron Smith and Billy Slater who have all since retired.
Proctor says any Australian team will be full of talent, but they have lost a lot of experience.
He says if you have to play them now is a pretty good time to do so.
