The Kiwis need to win back the trust of the fans

That's the message from New Zealand Rugby League CEO Greg Peters after revealing they are only expecting a crowd of around 15 thousand at Mt Smart Stadium for this weekend's triple header.
By contrast next week's test between the Kangaroos and Tonga at the same venue is close to a 26 thousand strong sell out.
Peters says they need to perform for the fans to come back.
He says there's no doubt about that because they took a bit hit last year and that's why he's calling it a new era and a rebuild of the faith in the black and white shirt at the senior level particularly.
