Joe Jonas doesn’t want Sophie Turner to tell him any ‘Game of Thrones’ spoilers

The 29-year-old musician is engaged to the actress - who has starred as Sansa Stark in the HBO fantasy series since it first aired in 2011 - but has told her not to tell him anything about the show’s eighth and final season, which will air in 2019, because he’s a “big fan” and would be disappointed if he knew what was going to happen

He said: “I can’t wait for it to come back and I don’t want to know any spoilers. Sophie won’t tell me and she knows if she told me I would be so heartbroken because I’m such a big fan of the show. I’d be p***ed.”

With Joe’s connections to one of the show’s lead stars, some fans had speculated he could follow in the footsteps of fellow singer Ed Sheeran and land a small cameo in the upcoming season, but the ‘Cake By The Ocean’ hitmaker has insisted that he isn’t involved.

He added to Variety magazine: “I would have done it in a heartbeat, but unfortunately, it’s not going to happen. That would have been amazing. I would have loved it.”

This isn’t the first time Joe has spoken about not getting spoilers from Sophie, as he previously said he’s relieved his fiancée won’t spoil things for him, because he’s a “big nerd” when it comes to the show.

He said: "I wish I could say anything but the truth is, she doesn't give me spoilers.

"So I kind of respect it because I'm a fan of the show and I'm a big nerd at heart, so if I was told how things were gonna turn out, I probably would have been disappointed because we have to wait so long for the next season.”

‘Game of Thrones’ is set to air its final season in early 2019.
