Carrie Underwood is finding her second pregnancy "harder" than her first

The 35-year-old singer and husband Mike Fisher will welcome a second child into the world next year and she admitted her symptoms this time around have been very different to when she was carrying their son Isaiah, now three

She told 'Entertainment Tonight': "It's definitely different than the first time. When they say every pregnancy is different, it really is. Just different symptoms. I feel like this one is just a little harder on my body for some reason. But it's been really good."

Isaiah is excited about being a big brother but there's one task he's warned the 'Cry Pretty' hitmaker he won't be helping her with.

She said: "He says he won't change any poopy diapers though. I understand, maybe I can change his mind."

Carrie and her 38-year-old husband have chosen a name for the baby, but don't plan on sharing it with anyone.

She said: "We have picked out a name, but we're keeping that to ourselves right now."

And the couple haven't yet done much to prepare for their new baby as they are getting ready to move house first.

She explained: "We're fixing to move. I haven't bought anything yet, we still have some of the stuff, cribs and stuff from my son, but we'll figure it out. We're about to move so I'll start buying stuff once we're there. It'd be pointless to buy it and then move it."

Carrie recently revealed she had endured three miscarriages in the last two years, and said she was left feeling "angry" by the ordeal.

She said: "I had always been afraid to be angry. Because we are so blessed. And my son, Isaiah, is the sweetest thing. And he's the best thing in the world. And I'm like, 'If we can never have any other kids, that's okay, because he's amazing.' And I have this amazing life. Like, really, what can I complain about? I can't. I have an incredible husband, incredible friends, an incredible job, an incredible kid. Can I be mad? No. [But after the miscarriages,] I got mad. [I thought], 'Why on Earth do I keep getting pregnant if I can't have a kid?' Like, what is this? Shut the door. Like, do something. Either shut the door or let me have a kid."
