An increasing number of company boards are tackling conduct risk such as sexual harassment in the workplace, corruption, bribery and fraud

The Institute of Directors latest survey shows 55 percent of boards have discussed it, compared to 44 percent last year.
General Manager Felicity Caird says boards must have good systems in place to deal with such things.
She says it's tracking things like accident abuse, putting processes in place so that if staff raise complaints, like through whistle blowing or other mechanisms, that there good processes for those issues to be raised.
