Clampdowns on sale incentives at banks could have flow on effects into other industries

The FMA and Reserve Bank have both told banks to come up with a plan to stop sale incentives, after a recent report identified them as a reason why customers were being sold unnecessary products.
KMPG head of banking and finance John Kensington says it's a warning to the financial sector ..... but will ultimately impact other industries as well.
