    A 20-year-old has won the Labour Party's nomination to stand in Wellington's Eastern Ward in next year's local body elections


    Teri O'Neill says key issues she'll prioritise are homelessness, the city's transport system and safe and affordable housing.

    She says she grew up in a house with black mould on the walls creating health issues for her younger siblings.

    O'Neill currently works as a policy and business analyst in government relations.

    She joins Onslow-Western Ward candidate Rebecca Matthews-Heron as the new faces running on the Labour ticket.
