A key sticking point's been identified in the secondary teachers pay dispute

The PPTA enters fresh pay negotiations with the Ministry of Education today.
President Jack Boyle is adamant certain counter claims around maternity leave need to be removed, if a deal is to be reached.
He says members are not in favour of removing support for teachers leaving to have children.
Boyle says they believe it's repugnant and it needs to go in order to ensure the conditions of employment support people being able to have children.
