Bowel Cancer New Zealand's urging the Ministry of Health to stop sitting on its hands

Bowel Cancer New Zealand's urging the Ministry of Health to stop sitting on its hands

An independent review released in June revealed there's no plan to replace the 42 percent of the workforce set to retire over the next decade.

Bowel Cancer New Zealand's Mary Bradley says it's mind boggling nothing's been done up until this point.

She says an urgent workforce plan is needed from the Ministry to give them transparency and a timeline.
