The Silver Ferns have been employing a harder edge on the practice court with an eye to being more competitive when it counts

The squad have been training in England all week and will play their hosts to start their Quad Series campaign tomorrow morning.

Silver Ferns midcourter Sam Sinclair says they've been taking part in double training days which have been good.
