Top executives are the first to go, in Vodafone New Zealand's radical restructure

Top executives are the first to go, in Vodafone New Zealand's radical restructure

CEO Jason Paris says in a meeting this afternoon, he unveiled changes to his direct team.

He says 10 redundancies were announced today - with more to follow in other areas of the business in the coming months.

Paris says the company's change of direction will be significant - with teams being consulted from now until the end of March.

He says there'll be more focus on reducing costs to increase profitability and to invest in new digital services.
