Steven Barclay has quit...eight months into the job, and after three months on paid leave.
David Seymour blames the KiwiBuild policy, which he says is a mass of contradictions.
He wants the Government to scrap KiwiBuild and start solving the real problem...the shortage of land to build on.
Housing Minister Phil Twyford won't comment on Barclay's resignation...he says it's an employment matter.
