Digital report cards could help parents get more involved in their child's education
21 January 2019
Education Minister Chris Hipkins is considering giving traditional report cards the axe - after a primary school review group suggested going digital.
Finlayson Primary School principal Shirley Maihi says parents would be able to log on at any time and get an update on how their kids are doing.
She says it makes parents more engaged in their child's learning.
Maihi says the move would be good for the kids as well.
