New Zealand cricket captain Kane Williamson believes his side were too slow to adjust to the McLean Park pitch in the first one-day international against India

Batting first they managed 157, with the visitors reaching their target with eight wickets and 14 overs to spare.
Williamson says they let themselves down with the bat and their inability to adapt to conditions.
He says the traditional Napier surface is harder and faster, and they didn't play the slower one with enough smarts.
Williamson top-scored with 64 for New Zealand - Shikhar Dhawan finished 75 not out for India.
The Indian spinners combined to take seven for 99 and Mohammed Shami snared three for 19.
