An Olivia Merry brace has guided the women's Black Sticks to their second win of the FIH Pro League

New Zealand's beaten China 2-nil in Christchurch, with both goals coming in the second half.

The hosts opened the scoring early in the third quarter, and defender Sam Charlton says getting a goal at that point was huge boost for them.

She says getting that goal took the heat off and helped settle them down.

Meanwhile more than six months after it was confirmed they'd undergo one, Hockey New Zealand's confirmed they'll release the findings of the review into the women's Black Sticks environment next Monday.
