Tommy Ward and William Donohue were charged with using a false document as if it were genuine, after using a Roofcare business card and forged invoice.
A third man, James Nolan, was jointly charged but is yet to appear in court.
Ward and Donohue applied for bail in the Hutt Valley District Court today, but were remanded so police could inspect the proposed bail address.
They'll appear tomorrow in the Wellington District Court.
The trio's believed to be linked to the group of unruly British tourists that caused outrage throughout the country.
