Robbie Manson believes he's got the formula to peak at World Championships rather than World Cups

Robbie Manson believes he's got the formula to peak at World Championships rather than World Cups

The kiwi rower has been given the nod in the single scull for the entire season, after his comprehensive trial win over Mahe Drysdale this week.

The World Cups were used last year to decide which of the two rowers would get the spot at the world championships.

Manson says he and his coach Mike Rodger have a plan in place.

He says it's about working through it with his coach and put his trust in his eye.

Emma Twigg will compete in the women's single scull.
