17 year old Kiwi skiier Alice Robinson has won her first World Cup points at a giant slalom in the Czech Republic

The recently crowned Junior World Champion started from 32nd in the 70 strong field before finishing 16th.

She moved from 32nd into 9th on her first rung but made one big mistake on the second run to slip to 16th but says it's still a really good result overall.

Her combined time was 3.82 seconds down on the winner, Slovakia's Petra Vlhova .
