Coach Stephen Kearney has included the prop in his squad for Saturday's game against Manly, despite the Samoan international facing a two-week ban for a crusher tackle against the Tigers.
Kearney says they'll argue their case tonight.
The only change to the 21-man squad for this week's game in Christchurch sees Karl Lawton replacing Nathaniel Roache, who is out with a calf injury.
Lawton himself faces a trip to the judiciary for a tripping charge in reserve grade.
