The chances of Mainzeal successfully appealing the High Court decision are thought to be slim

That's according to liquidator Andrew Bethell of BDO.
Dame Jenny Shipley and two other former directors, Clive Tilby and Peter Gomm, are heading back to court to challenge the decision ordering them to pay a total of 36 million dollars.
Andrew Bethell says it's disappointing they're failing to accept responsibility for their pivotal role in the company's collapse.
He says anyone who looks into the case will be left with no doubt, the directors are culpable.
